RapidCycle provides a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on frames and forks (up to the cost of either the frame, the fork, or both) for all models. The RapidCycle warranty applies only to the original owner and does not cover improper assembly, normal wear and tear, improper use, lack of maintenance, modification to RapidCycle frames or forks, or installation of additional parts & accessories not originally intended for use on RapidCycles. The following items are not covered by the warranty, including but not limited to: Grips, brake pads, cables, tires, tubes, wheels, seats, cranksets, and all other consumable items. Proof of purchase is required to validate your warranty.
The original receipt or scanned copy of the original receipt should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org and is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. RapidCycle reserves the right to request photographs of the damage and may only replace the damaged part, rather than the entire bicycle. RapidCycle also reserves the right to issue a store credit at any time for warranty claims we are unable to satisfy based on current production or for any other reason.
RapidCycle is not responsible for any labor charges or fees related to warranty claims.
