How will I be billed?
All transactions are secure & encrypted, and we never store you credit card information. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club, & JCB. On your credit card statement, you will see the charge for your transaction from “Atlantic Bikers LLC”.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged immediately, & your order will be shipped within 24 hours after you submit your order. Online purchases submitted on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on Monday.
What kind of payment security do you offer?
We always use a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
What is your return policy?
Please return online purchases via mail, or visit us at our warehouse location in Downtown Los Angeles (1245 S. Hope St., Los Angeles, CA 90015) between the working hours of 10am to 6pm. Bicycles must be returned in brand new, original condition (unused, undamaged) to receive a total refund within 7 business days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping & handling fees. Please use additional precaution when repackaging, as bicycles which are returned with damage due to negligent packaging will neither be refunded nor re-sent.
If your order is damaged upon arrival, please provide photos of the damaged item & damaged packaging to firstname.lastname@example.org.
